Luxembourg, 28 May 2021 – Moventum S.C.A., a Luxembourg-based financial services company, has acquired a global financial investor and significant technological support. The ProService Finteco Group, owned by the funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Partners, has become the strategic partner of Moventum. The Luxembourg financial regulator, the CSSF, has already given its required approval of the transaction.

ProService Finteco Group is a leading company in its field, operating as a transfer agent offering settlement, fund valuation, and corporate accounting with the accompanying IT technologies and solutions. The company has over 170 institutional clients managing over 5,500 funds valued at more than 25 billion euros. It carries out over 20 million transactions annually.

After the merger, the value of assets under management will exceed 30 billion euros.
