Roman Lewszyk has been managing and expanding the Moventum group since 2015. He has an extensive, 25 years of professional experience in the global financial sector. From 1995 to 1998 he worked in the capital markets department of the Washington branch of KPMG. After 1998 he held senior executive positions at Forum Financial and Citigroup. As Managing Director and Global Head of Citigroup’s Transfer Agency between 2003 and 2009, Roman Lewszyk managed the company’s transfer agent operations in Europe, North America and Asia, with assets under administration totaling more than $900 billion. He also headed two of Citigroup’s international divisions – Citigroup Europe and Citigroup International, both constituting the group’s Center of Excellence for fund services, staffed by some 1,000 employees. Back in the nineties, Roman Lewszyk was an adviser to the Chairman of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission.

Karen French joined Moventum at the beginning of its activities in 2001 and she has been a member of the Executive Management since 2018. With an extensive career beginning in France at INSEAD and then the financial sector in London and Luxembourg, Karen today is responsible for the HR, Administration and Operations departments.

Sabine Said has been a member of the Executive Management since 2013 and a member of the expanded management of Moventum S.C.A. since 2006. As a qualified lawyer with international experience, she is responsible for the legal and compliance departments as well as the marketing, sales and project areas of Moventum S.C.A. Sabine reconciles customer needs and goals with regulatory requirements in a value-adding range of services for financial intermediaries.
