Moventum S.C.A. is expanding its Executive Board: In addition to CEO Louis Wright and COO Andrew Walker, Stefan Steil has joined as CIO and Mombaya Karine Kimbulu as Head of Legal & Compliance. “We are responding to our company’s continued growth by sharing the increased responsibilities across a broader leadership team,” says CEO Louis Wright.

Stefan Steil has been with Moventum since 2011, initially as an IT officer and later as Senior IT Technical Support Officer. Since January 2024, he has led the department as Head of IT Infrastructure, and since December 2024, he has been serving as Chief Information Officer and a member of the Executive Board. “Thanks to his experience, we will optimise our processes, further enhance our infrastructure, and build a robust, secure, and future-ready platform,” says Louis Wright.

Mombaya Karine Kimbulu has been Head of Legal & Compliance at Moventum since May 2023 and, in this role, has been a member of the Executive Board since March 2025. “My aim is to further strengthen Moventum’s compliance infrastructure and thereby support the company’s growth,” says Kimbulu. “Mombaya Karine Kimbulu will use her extensive expertise to guide Moventum safely through an ever-changing regulatory landscape,” adds Louis Wright.
